| Roth Contributions | As a participant in the 401(k) Plan, you are able to save for retirement to help you achieve your retirement goals. You may make after-tax savings to a Roth account, as well. |
| Catch-up Contributions | If you are or will be age 50 or older during this calendar year and you already contribute the maximum allowed to your 401(k) account, you may also make a “catch-up contribution.” This additional deposit of funds accelerates your progress toward your retirement goals. | Vesting | Vesting refers to how much of your 401(k) funds you can take with you if or when you leave Willow Bridge. With our vesting schedule, each year you’ll own 25% of the company’s matching contributions. When you’re fully vested, you’ll own 100% of the contributions. You always own and are fully vested in the contributions you personally make to your 401(k). |
| Rollovers | If you have an existing qualified retirement plan (pre-tax) with a previous employer, you may transfer or roll over that account into the plan any time. To initiate a rollover into your plan, contact Principal at 800-547-7754 for details. |
| Consolidating Your Savings | Regardless of which retirement account you choose or how much you contribute, remember to think of it as a long-term strategy. Dipping into the account early will jeopardize the quality of your retirement and you may be subject to early withdrawal penalties from the IRS. |
